phndot Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to phndot, including the website at phndot.cam, all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and any other interfaces through which phndot services are accessed.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account with phndot or who uses any part of the platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a player upon completion of the phndot registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held within a player's phndot account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits, free spins, or promotional currency awarded to a player by phndot, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wager" refers to any real-money bet placed on any game or event available through phndot.
• "Applicable Law" refers to Philippine law and all applicable regulations governing online gaming and gambling in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing phndot, registering an account, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

2.2 These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules governing individual games, promotions, or competitions hosted on phndot. In the event of a conflict, the more specific rule shall prevail unless these Terms expressly state otherwise.

2.3 phndot reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where amendments are material, phndot will notify registered players via the registered email address or through an on-platform notification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To use phndot's real-money gaming services, you must register a valid personal account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

3.2 One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on phndot. This applies per individual, per household address, per shared IP address, and per device. phndot reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and withhold any associated winnings.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — username, password, and any security questions. phndot will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure your credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: phndot may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, and source of funds. This may include a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, Driver's License), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

3.5 Account registration and all subsequent communications from phndot will be conducted in English, with Tagalog support available through our customer service team.

4. Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and use phndot. This requirement is non-negotiable and is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. phndot takes the protection of minors extremely seriously.

4.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions: phndot services are intended for players located in the Philippines or jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation in online gaming is legal under the laws applicable in your place of residence. phndot does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

4.3 By registering, you warrant that you are not: (a) a professional player exploiting systematic wagering strategies in a manner that distorts normal gameplay; (b) a person listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by phndot; (c) an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of phndot or any associated software or service provider.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 phndot supports a range of Philippine-centric payment channels including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, among others. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change at phndot's discretion.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. Minimum withdrawal thresholds are specified in the phndot banking section and may differ per payment method.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML): All deposits and withdrawals on phndot are subject to AML compliance checks in accordance with Philippine law. phndot will not process transactions that appear suspicious or inconsistent with a player's stated source of funds. phndot reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds at any time.

5.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is: (a) registered and verified in your phndot account; and (b) the same method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. phndot will not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.5 phndot processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible. Processing times vary by payment method; e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically faster than bank transfers. Any stated processing timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

5.6 phndot reserves the right to delay, withhold, or cancel a withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification, AML checks, or investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 phndot offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed on the relevant promotion page within the platform.

6.2 Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet per round while a bonus is active, and expiry period are detailed in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 phndot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account prior to the change, provided the player continues to meet all applicable conditions.

6.4 phndot operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of technical errors — will have their bonus funds confiscated and their account suspended.

6.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements are met.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 All games available on phndot are governed by the rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules displayed and a general promotional description, the in-game rules prevail.

7.2 phndot uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG software is independently tested to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

7.3 In the event of a technical failure — including but not limited to server interruptions, software errors, or connectivity issues — phndot reserves the right to void affected rounds and return staked amounts to players' accounts. phndot is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 phndot reserves the right to void any wager where: (a) a game rule violation has occurred; (b) an obvious error in odds or game settings has occurred; (c) a wager was placed using funds obtained through a prohibited activity; or (d) a wager was placed in a manner phndot reasonably believes constitutes abuse.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phndot. Engaging in any of the activities below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial assistance to interact with the platform or games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to phndot immediately.
• Engaging in fraudulent charge-backs or reversals of deposits already used for wagering.
• Using phndot for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person or using another person's identity or payment methods.
• Attempting to access phndot from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phndot staff or other players in any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on phndot — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of phndot or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or publicly displayed without phndot's express written consent.

9.2 The phndot platform license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes. Any other use is expressly prohibited.

10. Privacy and Data

10.1 phndot collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the phndot Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

10.2 phndot may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by Philippine law or court order. phndot will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 phndot is committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide tools to help players maintain control of their gaming behaviour.

11.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available in all phndot player accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 1 week, or 1 month).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from phndot. Once self-exclusion is activated, phndot will not allow re-registration for a minimum of 6 months.

11.3 Mandatory Age Restriction: phndot does not permit individuals under 21 years of age to gamble. If we have reason to believe a player is underage, we will suspend the account immediately pending age verification and void any wagers placed.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 phndot provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phndot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12.2 phndot's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the platform — regardless of the form of action — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 phndot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits phndot's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Termination and Suspension

13.1 phndot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) phndot is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; (c) phndot has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or (d) the player has not logged in for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (inactive account).

13.2 In the event of account closure not attributable to a player's breach, phndot will return any verified real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method after completing any required AML checks.

13.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting phndot customer support at [email protected]. Any pending real-money balance subject to cleared withdrawal conditions will be returned.

14. Amendments

14.1 phndot may revise these Terms at any time. We will publish updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal policies, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — we will notify registered players by email or in-platform message at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

14.2 Your continued use of phndot after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of phndot shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

15.2 Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact phndot customer support to attempt resolution through our internal complaints procedure. phndot is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable Philippine dispute resolution mechanisms.
